Specialized Services
The traditional office/franchise model is under increasing pressure. Profit margins have been reduced substantially. To maintain profits many companies are creating new services and concepts in order to increase revenues. At Broker Direct®, we don't believe in providing services that do not have a direct benefit to our sales associates. We only offer services that are essential to profit. We specialize in brand management, trade advice, and trade processing. All other services are outsourced wherever possible. This ensures that we stay focused and provide great service, while at the same time keeping fees low.
Consistent Brand Management
Many corporations have difficulty controlling the quality of their sales associates because that decision is often made by the office franchise. For example, a real estate company may sell two franchises in two markets. Each franchise may have a different method of recruiting. One franchisee may focus on the quality of the associates and the other may focus on recruiting the highest number of associates. Since we do not have office franchises, we are able to recruit all of our sales associates directly from the corporate level. This allows us to manage our brand more effectively across multiple markets. Consistent brand management is vital if your goal is to be affiliated with a high quality brand.

Jeff has the primary responsibility of managing sales and service for Broker Direct®. He is a licensed Realtor® with over 25 years experience. In addition to being a top producing salesperson, he was also an award winning office manager. He is an active participant in industry efforts to improve the quality and standards of service by its members. Jeff has volunteered his management expertise to the London & St. Thomas Real Estate Board. He has served as Chairman of the Ethics Committee and has also been an active member of the Discipline Committee. He is highly regarded in the industry for his professional standards and proven track record.

Rob has the primary responsibility of managing marketing and operations for Broker Direct Real®. He has over 10 years experience in the real estate industry. Prior to starting his career in real estate, Rob held a senior management position in marketing for a large national retailer. Rob also has extensive background and knowledge in franchising with both franchisees and franchisors. His experience in advertising and promotion helped Rob to quickly establish himself in the real estate industry. With a strong background in marketing communications, Rob has provided focus to brand management and concept development with the direct business model.
