Because we are not distracted with the day-to-day operating problems of the standard office/franchise model, we are able to provide greater focus on the services we offer. Unlimited trade processing.

We process all your trade records at no additional cost.

E-commission (next day electronic payments).

If we receive a commission payment by 4:00 pm, we will electronically process the payment and deposit it into your personal bank account by 9:00 a.m. the next business day. We call this E-commission. It allows us to streamline our administration process and reduce our operating expenses.

Experienced management on call 7 days a week.

Our management team of experienced brokers is on call 7 days a week. Whether it is Friday night and you have a problem with a listing presentation, or it is Sunday afternoon and you have a dual agency problem at an open house, we are here to help. We strive to return urgent inquiries as soon as possible.
